To switch between historical and live Whois data click on the icon at the left of the search field.

Usage

Deep Whois command line utility supported arguments:

deep-whois [@history|@private|@iana|@ens] domain/hostname/url/email/IPv4/IPv6/ASN
           [@host[:port]] [-h host[:port]] [-p port]
           [-t timeout]

Examples

Live (direct) Whois lookup:

deep-whois deepwhois.net

Historical Whois lookup:

deep-whois @h deepwhois.net

Live Whois lookup via the Privacy Shield:

deep-whois @p deepwhois.net

Direct Whois lookup with custom host and extra options:

deep-whois -h whois.nic.de "-T dn nic.de"

Direct (seamless) RDAP lookup:

deep-whois google.ch

Direct (force) RDAP lookup:

deep-whois -f @rdap https://rdap.nic.ms/domain/google.ms

Ethereum Name Service (ENS) Whois Lookup:

deep-whois deepwhois.eth

ENS Whois Lookup for on chain DNS domain in Ethereum Blockchain:
